Troy Moriarity - Executive Vice President of WalkAbout Transportation and Logistics


With over 20 years in the transportation and logistics industries, Troy Moriarity is very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the industry.
He has held the following positions: dock worker, dock manager, operations manager, service manager, and freight broker.
Since 2009 Troy has been partners with WalkAbout Logistics’ ownership.

  • 1993 : Central Freight lines- dock worker
  • 1994 : Dock manager
  • 1994 – 1999 : Held various other positions for Central Freight lines including operations manager.
  • 2000 – 2003 : Service center manager overseeing both sales and operations.
  • 2003 – present : General Manager brokerage/logistics

Brian Thetford - General Manager of WalkAbout Transportation


Brian is a Certified Transportation Broker.

His 20 years of warehouse and transportation management experience include the positions of Operations Manager, Logistics Director, Sales Manager, Freight Broker, and Account Manager.

His experience covers all facets of transportation, including warehouse management, distribution, national and international freight movement in modes of ocean, air, truck, and rail.

His background as a customer as well as a warehouse and logistics provider, allows him to better understand your needs and concerns for all phases of your warehouse and distribution projects.

Kyle Underwood - General Manager of WalkAbout Logistics


Kyle is in charge of all operational functions at WalkAbout Logistics, from bringing on new accounts to growing the current business, Kyle will oversee the entire process.

Kyle graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a Major in Supply Chain Management.

He has been working in the logistics industry for many year; from warehouse employee, freight broker, logistics analyst, account manager, and sales agent.

With his experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to help all customers with their specific logistical needs.
